RENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS DEED OF RENTAL AGREEMENT is executed on this 15th day of September 2026, by and between:
LESSOR: Mr. Rajesh Sharma, residing at Plot No. 42, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 600040.
LESSEE: Ms. Priya Sundaram, residing at Flat 3B, Apex Towers, Guindy, Chennai.
WHEREAS the Lessor agrees to let out and Lessee agrees to take on rent the Residential Premises situated at Flat 3B, Apex Towers for a monthly rent of ₹25,000/-.
1. Term: The lease shall be for a period of 11 months commencing from 1st October 2026.
2. Rent: The LESSEE shall pay a monthly rent at the rate of ₹25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand only).
3. Payment Date: The rent shall be payable by the 5th of each month.
4. Security Deposit: The LESSEE has to pay an interest-free security deposit amounting to ₹1,00,000/- (One Lakh only) to the LESSOR, which shall be repaid upon repossession of the Unit at expiry.
