Subscriptions Guide: Manage Customer Subscriptions
Overview
Manage customer subscriptions and plans through the Subscriptions page which has two sections; Subscription List (active customer subscriptions) and Subscription Plans (create/manage plans). You can track subscription status, billing cycles, start/end dates and manage renewals.Â
Key Features
Subscriptions List
- Â A table view of all customer subscriptions.
- View by customer name, business name, variant, start/end date, and remarks for each subscription.
- Add, edit, and/or delete subscriptions according to active or inactive status.
- Search available subscriptions using either name or business name.
- Display a summary card of total subscription count, total active subscriptions, and total inactive subscriptions.
- Possibility of activating or deactivating subscriptions. Â Â
Subscription Plans
-  Select plan names, amounts, and billing cycles Â
-  View a list of all available subscription plans in a table Â
-  Filter through and search for different types of subscription plans. Â
Subscription Management Â
-  Add new subscriptions using the customer's info and selected plan Â
-  Update existing subscriptions by changing data as needed Â
-  Select a start date and end date for the subscription plan Â

How It Works  Â
Manage Subscriptions Â
- Log in, Go to the Subscriptions List tab
- Use the search option to locate specific subscriptions
- Use the filter function to narrow the list to Active and Inactive subscriptions
- Click on Add Subscription; you will then select the name of the Business and the Subscription Plan
-  Select the Month/Year for the Start Date and End Date using the Month/Year selection, and choose Variant and Auto-Renewal if applicable, add any Comments you wish and click Save. Â
 Manage Subscription Plans Â
- Â Open the Subscription Plans tab
-  View all available plans Â
-  Create new plans with name, amount, and billing cycle Â
-  Edit or update existing plans Â
-  Search plans by name Â
-  Changing Subscription Status Â
-  Use the status toggle on a subscription Â
- Â Confirm the change in the dialogÂ
- The subscription status updates immediately Â
